A true reference in this field, SPN manufactures semi-finished products such as films, rods, plates, bars, strips and tubes. We rely on processes such as extrusion, compression moulding and overmoulding. SPN is also able to manufacture components such as PCTFE seats, seals and rings. In these cases we use milling or turning technology.

PCTFE, which can withstand cryogenic temperatures, is the preferred material in industrial applications such as aerospace. In addition to PCTFE, SPN also processes other high-performance plastics for extreme operating conditions. These include PTFE or polytetrafluoroethylene – whose formula is relatively similar to PCTFE -, Polyetherimide or PEI, Polyamide and PVDF or polyvinylidene fluoride. From the setting up of the prototype to the production of components in large series, Société des Plastiques Nobles adapts to the needs of its customers for the transformation and machining of these high-performance materials.
